The Toil & Trouble Boxed Set Giveaway | Rules, Eligibility, and Information

1. Eligibility
Boss Kitty's “Toil & Trouble Boxed Set Giveaway” on our YouTube channel is open to all participants of legal age (18 years or older as of the day of the giveaway). This giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Employees, suppliers, partners, advertisers, and immediate family members of any employee and/or those living in the same household as employee are ineligible to participate in the “Toil & Trouble Boxed Set Giveaway".
2. Sponsorship
The sponsor is “Boss Kitty”, located in Oregon, United States. Sponsor will conduct the prize giveaway substantially as described in these rules.
3. Agreement to Rules
Through your consent to participate, the participants agree to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at their sole discretion. Through their participation, the “Participant” warrants and represents that they are eligible by based on eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules and agrees to accept the decision of the Sponsor as final and binding.
4. Entry Period
The “Toil & Trouble Boxed Set Giveaway” drawing will take place during the regularly scheduled livestream of “Boss Kitty Live” on the Sponsor's YouTube channel (youtube.com/bosskittylive), October 31, 2022.
5. How to Enter
A participant becomes eligible by being a Subscriber to the "Boss Kitty Live" YouTube channel and leaving a comment on any video that the channel posts during the month of October, 2022. Once selected, the Participant is obligated to inform the Sponsor representative or program host of anything that would make them ineligible, including, but not limited to, not being of legal age to participate.
6. Prizes
The sole prize for this giveaway will be one (1) "Basic Witch" version of the "Toil & Trouble" boxed set of yarns, released by Boss Kitty. Prize may be substituted at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Acceptance of the prize grants the Sponsor permission to use the winning Participant's entry, name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law.
7. Odds
Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries for the drawing.
8. Selection and Notification of the Winner
The prize drawing will occur live on the October 31st broadcast, and the winner will be posted across the Boss Kitty social media properties (Instagram, Facebook, and Discord). The winner will have seven (7) days to respond via Direct Message on any of the above platforms, or via email at info@bosskittyshop.com. Failure to respond within the seven (7) day period will result in the prize being held up pending another drawing.
The Sponsor is not liable for a winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if they have provided improper contact information, if their email or other security settings causes a prize notification to go into the spam or junk folder, or if their internet connectivity interferes with their ability to acknowledge their participation.
Receipt of the prize is upon the condition of compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
9. Rights Granted by the Entrant
The Sponsor reserves the right to utilize a Participant's submission, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, etc., for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.
10. Terms & Conditions
The Sponsor reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the “Toil & Trouble Boxed Set Giveaway” prize drawing in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond your control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest/giveaway.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates the terms, as well as the rights to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion.
11. Limitation of Liability
A Participant’s entry into the “Toil & Trouble Boxed Set Giveaway” drawing constitutes their agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor (Boss Kitty, LLC) and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
12. Disputes
A Participant agrees, as a condition of participating in the promotion, that disputes not resolved between the participant and Boss Kitty, LLC shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Oregon, without resorting to any form of class action. Participants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and they waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
